Better Way Certified Statuette

I was the first Manager/Sr. Manager within Operations to complete LEAN certification. I am passionate about problem solving and finding a way to improve processes. I am a big proponent of the LEAN adage that 85% of errors are process errors, not people errors. If the processes are built correctly, there would be less opportunity for individual mistakes. I have participated in large, medium, and small scale projects and am familiar with LEAN problem solving methodologies.
