I have led engagement analysis and follow-up sessions at both the department and organizational levels to improve the associate experience. I chaired two working groups to problem solve "Working Together" and "Professional Development”, as well as wrote the script and decision tree for what turned out to be a company-wide Individual Development Plan tool that has been downloaded by over 1,000 unique users. 

I have consistently had amongst the highest engaged teams over the last 15 years including highs of 98% Sustainable Engagement, 100% Communication, and 100% Teamwork scores. Additionally, I have had zero negative attrition in the last five years which have included an acquisition, pandemic, and massive changes to leadership structure. 

Over the course of my career I have hired, developed, and mentored 15+ people into roles that are equal to or greater than my current role. These roles range from Director in Operations to Senior Manager in Market Risk management. Helping others succeed is my proudest accomplishment over my career and I am especially proud that I have helped individuals who did not want to go down the traditional leadership path. 

I have had the opportunity to serve on an executive level leadership council. We were entrusted to bubble up feedback and act on initiatives from the President of Operations. Additionally, I had the opportunity to present at our quarterly Operations All Hands meetings in both Omaha and Fort Worth with another President of Operations. I have had the pleasure of interacting and being exposed to every CEO during my tenure at TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab. (Joe Moglia, Fred Tomczyk, Tim Hockey, Steve Boyle, and Walt Bettinger)

I was the first Manager/Sr. Manager to win TOPS in our Fort Worth location. I have won three times in my current role but with different departments. My most recent TOPS+ win was in May 2023 for Q1 performance. I was the only Sr. Manager winner in Custody & Asset Services in Q1.
